As a "Data Fiduciary," we collect the following "Personal Data":
- Identity Data: Name, Date of Birth, and LinkedIn Profile URL.
- Contact Data: Email address and Phone number (WhatsApp).
- Professional Data: Current job title and organization (for personalized career pathing).
- Payment Data: We do not store your card details. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant partners (e.g., Razorpay/Cashfree).
2. Purpose of Data Processing
Your data is used strictly for:
- Course Delivery: Granting access to the Stage-X LMS.
- Certification: Verifying completion for your 3-month residency certificate.
- Placement Assistance: Sharing your profile with partner MNCs for HR leadership roles.
- Communication: Sending program updates via Email and WhatsApp.
3. Data Retention & Your Rights
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide educational services. Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold.
- Correction: Update any inaccurate information.
- Erasure: Request deletion of your data once the course is complete (subject to tax/audit laws).
